Job Summary

Conduct application testing of telephony applications

Design and develop API automated test cases and scripts

Design and write automated regression test packages using scripts

Create and maintain test plans

Create and maintain Test Environments, and user acceptance certification

Document product performance and behavior

Participate in integration testing

Design concurrency, load and regression testing suits and test scenarios for automation

Work closely with analysts and developers to assure the application for correct behavior and quality of release

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

7 combined years experience working as a software engineer, tester, implementation and/or support

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, Math or related field

.NET programming - C#

Database programming with SQL - Microsoft SQL Server

Experience with QTP, WinRunner

Health care experience

3 years experience working with telephony-based systems
