Beacon Staffing Alternatives is a locally owned and managed Baltimore-based company, created to be more than a source of temporary staff. The word "Alternatives" in our name means just that -- staffing and alternative support services to help your company operate efficiently and successfully.

The concept for BSA and its alternative services grew out of the principal’s 20 plus years of local experience in the staffing, human resource, and management consulting field. • Employee Evaluations
  Conduct pre-employment skills testing for software, technical, secretarial, and business skills. Other evaluation services include: criminal background investigations, drug testing, and other specialized employee screening needs.
