Serve as an on-site UAS maintenance technician (mech/tech) in support of US Army requirements. Perform all -10 & -20 level scheduled and unscheduled maintenance functions for an operational Shadow UAS system. Maintain system documentation, logs, and records. Perform as a Subject Matter Expert for maintenance related issues. Participate in site surveys and review conferences with customers. Practice ISO 9001. Primary duties will require extensive travel, both domestically and internationally including deployments and training exercises.

Must be able to safely and effectively perform the duties of a UAS Organizational level maintainer without supervision, including crew chief, ground equipment operations, setup/maintenance and logs and records. FAA licenses or certificates such as A & P and A & P IA are highly desirable. Basic knowledge of electronic troubleshooting and basics of using test equipment. Mechanical aptitude and working level knowledge hydraulic systems is highly desired. Basic computer skills are required. Must communicate effectively with internal and external customers both verbally and in writing, and possess strong leadership skills.

Must be a U.S. citizen and possess or be able to acquire a secret security clearance.


Required Experience
Manned aviation or UAS maintenance experience is required. Prior qualification as a Shadow or other tactical UAS maintainer is highly desired.
