Expanding Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) hiring full time/part time Family Service Coordinators. Bachelors Degree or AA degree in Human Services, Social Work or Psychology with 2-3 years experience to provide case management/rehabilitative services to children, adolescents and adults in their homes/communities. Criminal background check and valid drivers license required.
