Job: Accounting Software Support

Include Software develops proprietary business management software which is marketed and sold to project and service companies (typically green industry firms) throughout the US and Canada. The development, support and maintenance of our software is done internally.

This position requires great customer service and problem solving skills. The primary focus of this position is to communicate with our clients via email, phone, and online and answer their questions as to how the software application works and operates.

Since we help grow businesses by linking together all of the functions of their organization including sales, production, accounting and financial reporting into a single software platform, it is important that you have a general understanding of accounting and business operations.
