Job: HVAC Project Manager

Full-time Project Manager Position available with a commercial HVAC sheet metal fabrication and installation company in the Baltimore-Metropolitan area. Candidate must have experience in all phases of commercial HVAC project management including basic estimating skills, full working knowledge of change order procedures, submittal process and monthly AIA requisitions. Computer literacy is mandatory. Proficiency in management of manpower and materials is a must. Candidate must be able to run several projects at one time. Salary is commensurate with knowledge and experience. Benefits package available.
