Mid-Atlantic Realty Management, Inc. is seeking ideal candidates capable of managing apartment communities in Baltimore City. The ideal candidate will have a MINIMUM of 3 years experience effectively managing and coordinating staff and resources to accomplish property objectives and goals in the Property Management field.

All applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Property Manager of Apartment or Townhome complexes.

All applicants must have 3 years experience in/knowledge of the following:
Preparing Budgets
Managing Staff
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Leasing, Marketing and Curb Appeal
