Property Management Company is seeking an EXPERIENCED Maintenance Technician to join our TEAM!!!!

******** Applicants must have a minimum of 2 consecutive years working as a Maintenance Technician in Apartment and/or Townhome complexes.

Skills / Requirements

MUST have a minimum of 2 years in the maintenance/repair in apartments and townhomes.

All candidates must have their own tools and RELIABLE transportation.

After hour and weekend emergency call rotation is required.

HOURLY RATE IS NEGOTIABLE!

Hourly wage is based upon experience....

Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen test.
