The LPN implements all aspects of the nursing process based upon the medical needs of the patient/resident; assesses and interprets patient/resident information; plans and implements patient/resident care plans and acts in a supervisory position to provide direction and leadership to GNAs and other support staff.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing. Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Maryland. Must be CPR certified.

One year of hospital nursing experience in the medical/surgical area along with experience in subacute and/or long term care. Sorry, no new graduates.

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:
