The Nurse Recruiter will serve as liaison to directors and managers (recruitment needs, retention efforts, general HR issues), and will assist in screening and recruiting qualified applicants for staff nurses, LPNs and graduate nurses and support positions as needed, and all other positions that are within the division of Patient Care Services. The Nurse Recruiter will also investigate sources of marketing, place ads, attend job fairs, student and RN conventions, meetings, and recruitment campaigns. The Nurse Recruiter will also coordinate in-house recruitment efforts.


Skills / Requirements
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:

Must possess a degree in Nursing, bachelor's degree preferred. Registered Nurse license required. Must possess three (3) years of healthcare recruiting experience; Human Resources experience preferred. Must possess excellent communication (both verbal and written); analytical and customer service skills, and must be computer literate in MS Word, Excel and other software programs.
