Job: Patient Service Representative

The Patient Service Representative provides reception services to all patients having Diagnostic Imaging Services. Typical duties include receiving and greeting all patients, communicating and responding to the needs of our patients, processing required paper work, appointment scheduling, assisting with patient flow in the department; and answering and directing all phone calls appropriately.

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:

Must possess a high school diploma or GED. Must have at least one (1) year experience working in a high volume customer service environment. Proficiency in computers and Medical Terminology skills required. Must possess customer service, dealing with the public; communication; multitasking; computers; and office machines skills.
