Job: Recruiter/Account Manager

SPARKS, the DC area’s largest privately held staffing company, is seeking an experienced, energetic Recruiter/Account Manager for our Columbia, MD branch office.

Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing and hiring temporary staff, making placement decisions to match employees with job assignments, counseling and problem solving, and delivering a high level of quality service to our clients.

We need a self starter with 2+ years of experience in an inside sales, retail, account management or customer service role. Candidates with experience in staffing, or retail are encouraged to apply. BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
