Job: Business Development Managers

SPARKS, the area’s largest, privately held staffing service in DC area is hiring talented Business Development Managers to cultivate new accounts in our Columbia, MD marketplace. Our primary business line concentrates on staffing support personnel in office, accounting and professional disciplines.

Responsibilities include lead generation through cold calling, targeting key prospects, conducting weekly face-to-face meetings and presenting solutions that provide a meaningful value proposition for our clients. Candidates must also have a strong desire to excel in sales and to conduct the necessary weekly activity to ensure a strong performance. Primary consideration will be given to those candidates who have staffing industry experience. A minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience is required.
