Job: Retail Cosmetic Counter Manager-Full Time: Francis Scott Key

Overview:

Promote sales of merchandise and proprietary credit use by partnering with the Cosmetic Manager in developing special events, meeting or exceeding standards for productivity, credit solicitation and merchandise presentation.

Key Accountabilities:

Provide high level of customer service, lead by example and set the standard for the counter.
Display merchandise, suggest multiple selections that meet customer's needs.
Recommend proprietary credit to all customers not using a Macy's Florida charge.
Maintain product knowledge awareness by attending training classes and reading product knowledge literature. Ensure staff is well trained in product features and benefits.
Partner with Sales Manager to develop and execute special events/business driving ideas.
Assist customer in doing facials and makeover consultations.

Skills Summary:

Related cosmetic or retail experience and/or training.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents and sales reports.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and other employees of the organization.
