Director of Career Services - TESST College of Technology, Towson Campus

We are currently searching for an experienced Director of Career Services to lead the committed team of Career Service Advisors and Job Developers who are dedicated in providing the highest levels of service and academic excellence to our students.

Description:
Oversees all aspects of Career Services including developing job leads, assisting graduates and alumni with job search, and participating in Career Development course. Works with the campus Executive Director and KHEC Group, Regional and Home Office Leaders to achieve budgeted objectives and to ensure school compliance with KHEC, state, and accreditation regulations relating to placement. Supervise Career Services staff.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree preferred. Experience in a staffing agency strongly recommended. Other acceptable experience includes career services; sales; recruiting; and job placement in a vocational industry. Recommended competencies include:
-Demonstrated ability to manage and meet placement outcomes.
-Proven sales and networking skills, to include heavy phone work.
-Ability to prioritize, multi-task, perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and work flexible schedule.
-Ability to communicate, motivate and develop team to meet outcomes.
-Individual must possess strong oral and written communication proficiency.
-Must have strong technical skills including all computer applications, internet research, database management, and analytical skills.
