Medical Billing and Coding Specialist Instructor
Full or Part-Time

As a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist Instructor, you will provide your students with the skills and knowledge necessary to obtain an entry level position in the medical field.

You will be instructing medical, billing and coding specialist students over a full range of topics relating to the medical profession, including but not limited to accounting, preparing and filing insurance claims, collections, coding procedures, benefits, coverage and limitations. Instruction occurs in a classroom, laboratory and clinical settings.

REQUIREMENTS:

* 3 years of private medical practical experience as a Medical Billing and Coding Specialist
* Medical Billing and Coding Diploma or Certificate from an accredited college
* Prior experience as an instructor (Preferred)
* Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
* Must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal communication skills
* Individual must demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of the position, including appearance demeanor, and attitude.
