* Inspection of simple and complex machined details to complex mechanical assemblies using various inspection equipment in open set ups.

* Interpret blue print drawings with Geometric, Dimensioning & Tolerancing.

* Operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to inspect parts using created part programs.

* Perform 1st Piece inspections.

* Work with AAI processes, procedures, military/industry specs and standards.

* Perform administrative task for inspection purposes with entries into the ARMS system.

* Will create rejections for all nonconforming material.

* Must possess good communications skills, both oral and written

* Good computer skills required, familiar with MS Office products

* Must be self motivated

* Must be a TEAM player with good organizational skills and able to work with minimum to no supervision (upon completion of initial training)

* Must be able to work 2nd shift.

* Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.



Required Experience
* 2 years of inspection/quality control experience

* PC proficiency
