Job: Research Recruiter

CoStar is currently seeking a full-time experienced and energetic recruiter to work in our Columbia, MD Research center as part our Human Resources team, supporting our Research Organization.

Functioning as a full business partner, the selected candidate will:

Aggressively develop and support research-staffing processes.

Identify business issues and build strong internal/external relationships.

Recruit through a variety of sources, including Internet, professional associations, networking, ads, college recruiting and job fairs.

Screen & interview candidates.

Develop, maintain and proactively build a pipeline of candidates for potential open positions.

Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking system.

Candidate should possess minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of Recruitment experience. Previous experience interacting with all levels of management. Detail-oriented, highly organized with excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, search engines, career websites, online advertising. Experienced with applicant tracking systems.
