Position Description:
The Electronic Communications Gateway (ECG) File Control IT Systems Analyst is an individual with a strong analytical and technical background. This position supports the corporate enterprise file transfer environment by provisioning mailboxes for new file transmissions, completing maintenance requests to existing setups, working internal to internal requests for CFT's, responding to customer emails and inquiries and backing up the support team as necessary and required including but not limited to participating in rotating 24/7 on-call support as needed for coverage and remediating incident and problem management tickets.
Essential Job Functions:
Timely processing of work intake requests, (ITG, HPSM)
Coordinating testing with internal and external customers
Troubleshooting issues to assist in root cause analysis.
Working with internal application support teams to remediate issues during setup creation
Responding to customer emails and calls.
Mentor team mates
Backup Team member partners for vacation days.
Non-essential Job Functions:
Understanding of file transmission protocols (FTP, SFTP, AS2, HTTPS, others)
Understanding of data encryption
Experience working on a UNIX platform with proficient use of UNIX commands
Understanding of network concepts
Ability to understand UNIX shell scripts
Ability to troubleshoot Windows desktop environment
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Plus Experience working with Axway's Synchrony Product Suite

Skills / Requirements
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of Windows desktop support experience
2+ years experience working in a production environment
2+ years experience with FTP & SFTP
Intermediate level of skill with MS Excel
Ability to be available for 24/7 on call rotation as needed
Assets:
Experience with Axway Synchrony Suite
HIPAA, PCI, or PHI knowledge
Bachelor's Degree
