We are presently seeking a Program Manager for our Radio Maintenance group at our headquarters
office in Edgewater, MD. Management is also open to this position being located near one of our sites Phoenix, Arizona; Dallas, Texas; Portland, Oregon; Detroit, Michigan; Baltimore, Maryland: or Dulles, Virginia.

The Program Manager will serve as the in-house resident expert for our radio maintenance service offering. In this pivotal role, the Program Manager will research and assimilate
market data and use their expertise to deliver innovative radio service product solutions while meeting the customer requirements and expectations.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Applying analytical skills and creative abilities to define project vision and solutions that exceed customer expectations while leveraging core company strengths.
- Work with senior management as well as radio staff to effectively execute customer requirements and deliver a solution that will improve efficiency of operations.
- Work with marketing team to expand service capabilities internationally and in the federal sector.
- Assist senior management in identifying new business opportunities, refine business strategies and resolve business problems.
- Identify key markets, customer and technology, trends/disruptions which could potentially positively or negatively impact the radio market.
- Liaison with radio technicians. Serve as a mentor to the team and assist in resolving complex technical issues. Qualifications Eight or more years of related experience in VHF/UHF and land mobile radio. Knowledgeable of Radio industry, industry trends, and product offerings. Previous experience managing/supervising a team and/or a project. Knowledge of various operating systems and computer based networks, (DOS,
Windows, and Linux). Proficient use of Software development tools (C++, JAVA, Visual Basic etc.)

Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff as well as the customer. Must be a self-starter and have the ability work independently.

Requires a Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Communications. Additional work experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirements.
Amount of Travel Required for Position 25%-50%
