Responsible and accountable for team leadership, and overall management of technical, budget and schedule performance of a ER/MP R&D, Production and PBL: development, production, or logistics program(s). or previously developed and mature program(s) with a well-defined program plan and delivery methodologies. Individual will manage the project requirements, including scheduling, planning and execution. The employee will oversee and analyze documentation for monthly program cost control financial reports (ETC, EAC, CPF, CPR, PMSR). The individual will have exposure to external customers and be able to provide program direction in establishing priorities, obtaining status, and problem solving, to various disciplines to include but not limited to Program Engineering (i.e. Project Engineer, Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, and Reliability Engineer), Quality Assurance, Business Product Management and Business Development, Configuration Management, Financial Analyst, Schedule Analyst and Contract Management. Required Skills * Understanding of program management best practices. * Demonstrated cost and financial management knowledge to include program cost control, cash and inventory skills. * Extensive use of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) as applied to development and production programs. * Risk / opportunity assessment. Includes identification; development and action on mitigation plans; and closeout. * Understand integrated supply chain process and dependencies including procurement, production, engineering product baseline changes, and MRP. * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project. * Working knowledge of Oracle ERP. * Effective written and oral communication skills. * Leadership and team building skills. * Ability to direct goal oriented activities of a diverse workforce. Ability to plan, organize and schedule Required Experience Bachelor s Degree in Business Management or Engineering discipline desired, or equivalent work experience to demonstrate the ability to successfully perform the job duties. Engineering / technical background highly desired. Preferred experience includes those related to AAI process / procedures, manufacturing, engineering, project planning, and scheduling utilizing and integrated master schedule.
