Position Description:

• Manage the case specific questionnaire process at the direction of the Sales Representative, Sales Management and Proposal Writing team lead.


• Coordinate the formatting, production and distribution of proposals with internal staff.


• Coordinate the research and development of proposals with other functional areas such as Content, SMEs and other internal stakeholders


• Thoroughly review proposal questionnaire before shipment in conjunction with team lead and Quality.


• Participate in peer review quality checks of team members proposals.


• Thoroughly understand and utilize all available sales support tools, including Rosetta and RFP Express, as well as other resources used in the proposal process.


• Complete all project-related work in a timely, productive manner.


• Comply with standards and metrics for activity tracking.


• Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements.


• Appropriately escalate high level issues to team lead.


• Maintain minimum volume levels as defined by the team lead and seasonal workload fluctuations.

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma/GED with 3+ years of equivalent experience.


• Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Outlook skill.


• Writing experience. Must provide a writing sample before interview will be conducted. This piece should demonstrate technical writing expertise.

Assets:

• Healthcare or Insurance industry experience is preferred.
