Jobing Description

Drive and achieve health plan enrollment/growth goals by managing business relationships in nursing homes and with Medicare population eligible for enrollment in a nursing home Special Needs Plan.
Educate eligible consumers as well as conduct sales presentations within marketing guidelines
Provide growth strategies and implement plans that meet and exceed sales goals for territory and site.

Skills / Requirements

Qualifications:
Currently licensed in MD/DC/VA in Accident and Health Insurance
2 years healthcare or related sales experience
Knowledge of nursing home environment
High School diploma/equivalency or greater
General experience of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care or Health Insurance
Excellent Communication Skills
