Job Description We are searching for a Sr. Systems Safety and Assurance Specialist with an expertise in Transit Systems. Safety - Systems Security experience is a plus. Specific Requirements: * Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering, Masters is a plus * 5 years minimum experience in Systems Safety Security in Transit is preferred * Solid background in this discipline from other industries such as the aerospace industry is also acceptable * The successful candidate shall have experience in: * The development and implementation of systems safety and assurance program plans * Safety certification program and its verification process * Conduct hazard analyses, including but not necessarily limited to Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA), Systems/Subsystem Hazard Analysis (S/SHA), Operating Hazard Analysis (OHA) * Ability to conduct Fault Tree and Event Tree Analyses and Root Cause Analysis is a plus * Conduct Threat and Vulnerability Assessments and other system security experience is a plus * Familiarity with the FTA, FRA, DHS and other industry codes, standards and regulations is a plus What We Offer AECOM employees around the world enjoy a wide range of benefits and competitive compensation package.
