The Senior Interface Designer will
be part of the User Experience team
and will help plan, design, and
develop best-of-breed web
applications. Internal teams and
external customers use these web
applications to launch display
advertising campaigns, reserve
campaign inventories, handle
creative upload and download, enter
information, receive communication,
interact with and analyze large
amounts of data. This individual will
create intuitive interfaces, visually
appealing graphics, easy-to-use
interactive elements, and consistent
templates for the applications

Responsibilities
Work on all aspects of User
Experience Design from concept to
completion
Design comps, prototypes
Code fully functional
wireframes
Browser testing
Troubleshooting
Establish design patterns

Qualifications
Must have exceptional
knowledge of the latest design
software. Fireworks, Flash,
Photoshop, and Illustrator are
essential.
Must be able to handle front-
end web development (hand-code
XHTML and CSS)
Knowledge of JavaScript and
other programming languages a
plus
Experience with creating
wireframes, task flows and structure
of a website.
Must be familiar with
standard-based web design,
usability issues and best practices.
Be able to work directly with
product managers to define product
requirements focusing on customer
efficiency and ease-of-use.
Leverage rapid prototyping and
frequent customer interaction to
inform design and product
requirements.
Lead interface design through
the full design/front-end
development lifecycle.
Experience with supporting
development teams building front-
end interfaces in the development
lifecycle a plus.
Must be able to work within
established deadlines.
Must be able to work in a fast-
paced environment.
Must have a portfolio which
showcases both web and print
capabilities.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and 5+
years design experience (both Web
and print), or relevant combination
of education and experience.
