Primary Responsibilities:

  Job is in a manufacturing facility that produces ophthalmic eyewear
  


• 
  
  Candidate should be comfortable around machinery and able to work in a fast paced noisy environment
  


• 
  
  Need an experienced optician or someone with experience in manufacturing and handling small parts.
  


• 
  
  Comfortable in high production situation, Able to meet production goals and be accountable for their production.
  


• 
  
  Able to stand for entire shift. Be flexible and available for over time.

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• 
  
  HS Diploma or GED required.
  


• 
  
  Ability or experience using small handheld screwdrivers required.
  


• 
  
  Experience in a fast paced production environment required (Examples: line cook, fast food cook, bartender, assemblers, etc.)
  


• 
  
  Must be comfortable working with small parts and machinery required.
  


• 
  
  Ability to lift 10-15 lbs required.
  

Assets:

• Experience working in an assembly line helpful.


• Experience working with table top machinery (Verifier and Optronic) helpful.


• Previous optical lab experience strongly preferred.


• Have been in a minimum of 12 months in a position at the last 4 jobs preferred.
