SCI Publishing Support Center has an immediate opening for a part-time Support Center Specialist, working approximately 28 hours per week. This position will participate in the implementation of all SCI publishing properties as they are incorporated into the publishing support center. Successful candidate must work well with employees throughout all SCI publishing properties to achieve a seamless transition from implementation to software support.
Essential Functions: *Participate in all aspects of the implementation process for new and existing clients *Handle customer cash applications *Monitor implementation requirements/deadlines; report potential issues/concerns *Assist in the review of client processes and the development of new workflow plans *Assist in building a knowledge base of each properties organization and objectives *Provide feedback and suggestions on products, issues, process and procedures to enhance efficiencies and continuous improvement *Provide client support during testing and production rollout *Provide various advertising support such as product define, rate set up, pagination templates, pagination process, and adding and changing publication and rates *Provide various circulation support such as district manager edits, returns, payment, and new user set up *Perform other job related duties as assigned
