The Job Window has an opening for a motivated Customer Service Associate on behalf of our client, a progressive promotional marketing & consulting firm in the Germantown area working to bring their clients’ products to people that need them. The Customer Service Associate is the front line of our client’s company, offering solutions, identifying opportunities, and serving millions of customers – one at a time.
What does it take to handle customer questions and concerns? Courtesy, professionalism and product knowledge. The goal? Help customers and provide them with solutions. This firm will get you started by providing on-the-job training and resources. On their team, you’ll be an important part of shaping their customer experience – from setting up new accounts, to answering questions and actively listening for opportunities to expand and deliver great services.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:
- Approach customers during in-field campaign and offer information on benefits of clients’ products and services, provide customer service support, and act as a liaison between clients and consumers.
- Assess customer’s individual needs and interests in order to best recommend products.
- Maximize client visibility and presence at all client events and campaigns.
- Present products in a fun and professional manner and ensure positive consumer engagement with the brand.
